Gift Wrap
- Gift wrap is available for an additional charge of $2.50.
- Our gift wrap consists of: heavy weight, glossy ivory wrapping paper; logo printed mint green ribbon, and a gift card.
- Items not in their own packaging will be boxed with tissue, and wrapped with the above gift wrap.
Please note: Not all items can be gift wrapped.

Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email. If there is a problem, we will contact you as soon as possible. All orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Shipping costs are based on the totals before tax.

In-Store Return Policy
- We only give store credit (no cash refunds) or you may exchange. The store credit does not expire.
- Store credit will be given within 30 days for everything other than shoes. Store credit will be given within 10 days for shoes (shoes= boots, shoes, rainboots, crocs, slippers, anything with a sole!)
- You must have the original receipt.
- Items must be in the original condition; unwashed, packaging intact: the box or tag must be unmarked, not ripped and attached.
- Items that may not be returned (for hygiene reasons) are: underwear, hats, rights, hair accessories, and bathing suits.
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Online Return Policy
- Refund for the merchandise will be issued back to the original form of payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Returned items must be postmarked 14 days from the order date.
- You must call (773) 472-3338 or email the store through the contact us page in order to receive a Return Authorization number. The RA number must be written on the box, and a copy of the emailed invoice must accompany the package. It is advised that you use an insured shipping service. Petite Feet is not liable for damaged or lost returned packages.
- Items returned without an RA number will become the possession of Petite Feet and will not receive a refund.
- Items must be in the original condition: unworn; unwashed; original packaging intact; the box or tag must be unmarked, not ripped and attached.
- Items that may not be returned (for hygiene reasons) are: underwear, hats, tights, hair accessories, and bathing suits.
